This family came to us from the warm and sunny Crimea where we together with our family usually go to regain health and positive or just to have a rest. Unfortunately, they came to the capital not on excursion, they came because their daughter was diagnosed with CANCER and they came to the Institute of Cancer for additional examinations.
This little girl with an unusual name Kholide and her parents became the first family who lived at the CENTER for children affected by cancer opened by Zaporuka. The examinations and the diagnosis confirmation lasted for more than a month, afterwards they went to Simferopol for treatment.
We started to help the family with food and other things. Later we asked the uses of the LIKAR forum to give them a perambulator, toys, autumn cloths, diapers and pap. Thanks to caring people the girl got everything she needed.
For now Kholide has finished 4 cycles of chemotherapy. There were many difficulties: critical blood analyses, artificial respiration, stomatitis etc. but the family continued to struggle for their daughter’s future. The majority of medicines and medical consumables goods our fund sends them every two weeks.
In December the family Suleymanov goes to Moscow for an examination, then they return to Kiev for an operation to ablate a tumor. After that they will continue cycles of chemotherapy. We ask everybody to help this family with money for treatment and cloths.
